NARRATIVE

VEHICLE 1 WAS EASTBOUND ON 180TH ST. UPON SEEING A VEHICLE APPROACHING FROM OPPOSITE DIRECTION WHICH WAS MOVING RIGHT TO ALLOW FOR SAFE PASSEAGE, VEHICLE 1 MOVED TO THE RIGHT WITHOUT REDUCING SPEED AND ENTERED ONTO WINDROW OF GRAVEL. VEHICLE LOST CONTROL AND CONTINUED EAST OUT OF CONTROL. VEHICLE EVENTUALLY CAUGHT ON DITCH SLOPE AND ROLLED ONTO ITS TOP. NO CONTACT WITH WESTBOUND VEHICLE
