VEHICLE 1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON INTERSTATE 35. VEHICLE ONE HAS HIGH CENTER OF GRAVITY AND WAS EMPTY. SEVERE WINDS CAUSED VEHICLE 1 TO OVERTURN INTO THE MEDIAN ON THE DRIVERS SIDE.
