NARRATIVE

TRAILER PLATE# 82415 SD TRAILER. #1 WAS WESTBOUND. DUE TO SEVERE WINDS, THE TRUCK VEERED LEFT AND STRUCK A ROAD SIGN ON THE WEST PART OF THE DIVIDING MEDIAN. THE TRUCK THEN JACKNIFED COMING TO A REST PARTIALLY IN THE NORTH DITCH. THE TRAILER REMAINED ON THE ROAD BLOCKING IT UNTIL TOW SERVICES REMOVED IT.
