NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON HEATHER AVENUE IN FRANKLIN COUNTY WHEN THE DRIVER OF UNIT 1 ; LOST CONTROL, ATTEMPTED TO CORRECT, LEFT THE ROADWAY TO THE LEFT, STRUCK A CULVERT, ROLLED, AND CAME TO REST IN THE SOUTHBOUND DITCH IN A EASTERLY DIRECTION. SEATBELT USAGE PREVENTED INJURY AND DEATH.
