NARRATIVE

VEHICLE ONE WAS ON SOUTHBOUND V56, STOPPED AT THE STOP SIGN AT IA 3. WESTBOUND SEMI WAS IN THE TURN LANE, SLOWING TO TURN NORTH ONTO V56. VEHICLE TWO WAS BEHIND THE SEMI, BUT PROCEEDING WEST ON IA 3. VEHICLE ONE PULLED AWAY FROM THE STOP SIGN INTO THE PATH OF VEHICLE TWO. VEHICLE TWO STRUCK VEHICLE ONE ON BOTH DRIVER'S SIDE DOORS.
