NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON #169 WHEN DRIVER #1 DROVE OFF OF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. AS DRIVER #1 ATTEMPTED TO PULL BACK ONTO THE ROADWAY HE LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE SWERVED IN THE NORTHBOUND LANES UNTIL THE FRONT RIGHT OF THE VEHICLE HIT THE CONCRETE BARRIER TO THE APPROACH TO THE BRIDGE. THE VEHICLE THEN CROSSED THE CENTER DIVIDER AND HIT THE SOUTH EDGE OF THE BRIDGE.
