UNIT #1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON P-57 AND WAS ATTEMPTING TO TURN RIGHT ON 115TH STREET. UNIT #2 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON P-57 BEHIND UNIT #1. UNIT #1 HAD HIS BRAKE LIGHTS ON AND TURN SIGNAL ON. UNIT #2 REAR ENDED UNIT #1.
