NARRATIVE

UNIT #2 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON LINCOLNWAY IN THE OUTSIDE LANE. UNIT #1 WAS IN THE LEFT LANE FACING WESTBOUND. UNIT #1 WAS WAITING TO TURN LEFT ONTO HYLAND AVE. UNIT #1 COULDN'T SEE AROUND VEHICLES WAITING TO TURN NORTHBOUND FROM EASTBOUND. UNIT #1 ATTEMPTED TO COMPLETE A LEFT TURN AND THAT'S WHEN UNIT #2 COLLIDED WITH UNIT #1. UNIT #1 FAILED TO YIELD UPON LEFT TURN.
