VEHICLE # 1 WAS WEST BOUND ON HWY 2 AND WAS SLOWING TO MAKE A LEFT HAND TURN ONTO 277TH ST VEHICLE #2 WAS ALSO WEST BOUND ON HWY 2 AND WAS ATTEMPTING TO PASS #1 AND STRUCK VEHICLE #1 WITHIN THE INTERSECTION.
