NARRATIVE

UNIT ONE WHILE ATTEMPTING TO MERGE ONTO WB I80 FROM THE COLFAX ONRAMP FAILED TO YIELD TO A PASSING TRACTOR TRAILER COMBO IN CENTER LANE. UNIT ONE TOOK EVASIVE ACTION TO AVOID COLLISION AND TOOK RIGHT SHOULDER. UNIT ONE UPON OBSERVING CONSTRUCTION BARRELS JUST OFF SHOULDER UNIT ONE AGAIN TOOK EVASIVE ACTION OVER STEERING VEHICLE. UNIT ONE OVERTURNED IN MERGE LANE AND LEFT ROADWAY TO THE NORTH THREW A DEER FENCE.
