NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS WESTBOUND ON HWY 34 APPROACHING THE V37 UNDERPASS. VEHICLE #1 WAS TRAVELING OVER THE POSTED SPEED LIMIT IN THE LEFT LANE PASSING A VEHICLE. VEHICLE #1 PULLED INTO THE RIGHT LANE AND WENT OFF ONTO THE NORTH SHOULDER. VEHICLE #1 THEN LOST CONTROL AND SWERVED TO THE LEFT AND THEN BACK TO THE RIGHT WHERE IT OVERTURNED ON THE ROADWAY. VEHICLE #1 THEN CAME BACK ONTO IT'S WHEELS WHERE IT ROLLED INTO THE MEDIAN STRIKING A CABLE GUARD RAIL LOCATED UNDER THE OVERPASS. VEHICLE #1 TRAVELED DOWN THE GUARD RAIL WHERE IT CAME TO REST FACING WEST IN THE MEDIAN. DRIVER OF VEHICLE #1 ADMITTED TO HAVE BEEN DRINKING THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT AND SUBMITTED TO A URINE TEST WITH RESULTS PENDING.
