NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON I-29 AT ABOUT THE 92.5MM WHEN THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL AND LEFT THE ROADWAY. THE VEHICLE CAME TO REST IN A FIELD ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE INTERSTATE. THE DRIVER STATED HE WAS HAVING AN ASTHMA ATTACK AND REACHING FOR HIS INHALER.
