NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS SOUTH BOUND ON 145TH IN AUDUBON COUNTY WHEN HE MADE THE 90 DEGREE TURN TO GO EAST IN THE 1600 BLOCK. THE DRIVER STATED THE SUN WAS IN HIS EYES AND HE JUST DROVE OFF THE RIGHT SHOULDER. VEHICLE #1 THEN ROLLED ONTO ITS SIDE CAUSING SEVERE DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE. VEHICLE #1 HAD APPROX. 175 HEAD OF HOGS LOADED ON THE TRAILER.
