VEHICLE #2 DROVE TO THE RIGHT INDICATING PULLING ON TO THE SHOULDER, THEN MADE A LEFT HAND TURN INTO 3304 HWY 175. VEHICLE # 1 STRUCK VEHICLE #2 IN THE LEFT FRONT.
