NARRATIVE

Driver of vehicle #1 was traveling northbound on Hwy. 139 pulling a small utility trailer. Driver of vehicle #2 was traveling southbound on Hwy. 139. The utility trailer came unhooked from vehicle #1 due to the wrong hitch ball size. The utility trailer from vehicle #1 crossed the centerline and side swiped vehicle #2.
