NARRATIVE

VEHICLE 1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON BALSUM RD. VEHICLE 1 LOST CONTROL ENTERING THE EAST DITCH. VEHICLE 1 SLID INTO THE DITCH, STRUCK A TREE AND CAME TO REST ON ITS WHEELS FACING SOUTH. OCCUPANTS LEFT THE SCENE. OCCUPANTS WERE LATER LOCATED AND INTERVIEWED.
