NARRATIVE

#2 WAS ATTEMPTING TO ELUDE #1. #2 TURNED EAST ONTO HWY 122 FROM EISENHOWER. #1 ATTEMPTED A PURSUIT INTERVENTION TECHNIQUE WHICH IMPACTED THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE HEADLIGHT AREA WITH THE REAR BUMPER OF #2 CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO #2. THE PURSUIT CONTINUED AND #2 ENDED UP GETTING INTO ANOTHER CRASH.
