NARRATIVE

UNITS TWO AND THREE WERE NORTHBOUND ON WILEY BLVD AND HAD STARTED THEIR ACCELERATION THROUGH THE INTERSECTION OF 16TH AVE SW -- THE NORTHBOUND TRAFFIC SIGNAL/ LIGHT HAD TURNED GREEN. UNIT TWO WAS HALFWAY THROUGH THE INTERSECTION WHEN UNIT ONE, WHICH WAS WESTBOUND ON 16TH AVE SW, RAN THE RED LIGHT AND STRUCK UNIT TWO ON THE PASSENGER SIDE REAR QUARTER PANEL. UNIT TWO THEN SPUN AROUND AND STRUCK THE PASSENGER SIDE REAR QUARTER PANEL OF UNIT THREE. THE DRIVER OF UNIT ONE WAS ADJUSTING HIS REAR-VIEW MIRROR WHEN HE LOOKED UP AND NOTICED HIS LIGHT WAS RED AND THERE WAS A VEHICLE IN FRONT OF HIM. HE THEN SLAMMED ON THE BRAKES AND ENDED UP COLLIDING WITH UNIT TWO. UNIT ONE CAME TO REST IN THE MIDDLE OF THIS INTERSECTION WELL PAST THE WHITE LINE FACING WEST. UNIT TWO CAME TO REST IN THE NORTHBOUND LANES OF WILEY BLVD FACING SOUTHEAST. UNIT THREE CAME TO REST IN THE PARKING LOT OFF THE ROADWAY.
