NARRATIVE

UNITS 1 AND 2 WERE BOTH SOUTHBOUND ON US 218. THE DRIVER OF UNIT 1 WAS MOMENTARILY DISTRACTED WITHIN HER VEHICLE, WHEN SHE LOOKED UP SHE REALIZED THAT SHE WAS GOING TO COLLIDE WITH UNIT 2. SHE ATTEMPTED TO AVOID A COLLISION BY BRAKING AND SWERVING TO THE RIGHT, BUT STRUCK THE RIGHT REAR OF UNIT 2. BOTH UNITS CAME TO REST ON THE WEST SHOULDER.
