NARRATIVE

VEHICLE ONE WAS WESTBOUND ON US HIGHWAY 2. VEHICLE TWO WAS EASTBOUND ON US HIGHWAY 2. VEHICLE ONE CROSSED THE CENTERLINE STRIKING VEHICLE TWO IN THE EASTBOUND LANE IN A HEAD-ON MANNER. VEHICLE ONE CAME TO REST ON THE ROADWAY FACING TO THE SOUTHEAST. VEHICLE TWO CAME TO REST IN THE SOUTH DITCH FACING EAST. THE DRIVER OF VEHICLE ONE WAS KILLED IN THE COLLISION. THE DRIVER OF VEHICLE TWO WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE RINGGOLD COUNTY HOSPITAL. THE COLLISION REMAINS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
