VEHICLE 2, A TRACTOR/TRAILER CARRYING CATTLE, WAS SOUTHBOUND ON HWY 59. VEHICLE 1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON HWY 59. VEHICLE 1 CROSSED THE CENTERLINE AND COLLIDED WITH THE FRONT OF VEHICLE 2. VEHICLE 2 BRAKED AND STEERED TO THE RIGHT BUT COULD NOT AVOID VEHICLE 1.
