NARRATIVE

VEHICLE 2 WAS WEST BOUND I 80 AT THE 239.95 MM. TRAFFIC AHEAD WAS SLOWING AND STOPPING DUE TO A LARGE VOLUME OF TRAFFIC TRYING TO EXIT I 80 WB TO I 380 NB. VEHICLE 2 SLOWED TO A STOP. VEHICLE 1 CAME OVER THE HILL SAW TRAFFIC SLOWING AND STOPPING AHEAD ON THE ROADWAY AND SHOULDER. VEHICLE 1 SWERVED SLIGHTLY TO THE RIGHT TO AVOID VEHILCE 1. THE FRONT LEFT SIDE OF VEHICLE 2 RAN INTO THE RIGHT REAR OF VEHICLE 1. BOTH VEHICLES THEN MOVED TO THE SHOULDER TO AWAIT LAW ENFORCEMENT RESPONSE.
