VEHICLE #1 WAS EASTBOUND ON HIGHWAY 64. VEHICLE #1 STRUCK A DEER. THE DRIVER OF VEHICLE #1 THEN LOST CONTROL AND THE MOTORCYCLE WENT ONTO ITS RIGHT SIDE.
