NARRATIVE

UNIT #1 WAS WB ON I-80 AT THE 137 MM. FOR UNKNOWN REASONS, UNIT #1 LEFT THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT STRIKING A SIGN, VAULTING OFF THE DITCH, AND ROLLING END OVER END TO THE RAILROAD TRACKS BELOW. UNIT #1 LANDED ON IT'S WHEELS AND THEN PROCEEDED NORTH ALONG THE RAILROAD TRACKS APPROXIMATELY 1/4 MILE WHERE IT BECAME STUCK BESIDE THE TRACKS. RAILROAD CREW CALLED THE ACCIDENT IN AT 05:30. DRIVER OF UNIT #1 LEFT THE SCENE ON FOOT.
