NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS EASTBOUND ON COUNTY ROAD B-60 AND STOPPED AT THE INTERSECTION OF IA. HIGHWAY #14. VEHICLE #2 WAS NORTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY #14 APPROACHING THE INTERSECTION OF B-60. THE DRIVER OF VEHICLE #1 STATED HE DID NOT SEE VEHICLE #2 BECAUSE OF THE ROAD CLOSED SIGNS ON THE SHOULDER. VEH #1 PROCEEDED INTO THE INTERSECTION AND WAS STRUCK BY VEH#1 IN THE RIGHT REAR. THE COLLISION CAUSED VEH #1 TO SPIN AROUND AND IT CAME TO REST FACING WEST ON B-60 EAST OF THE INTERSECTION. VEH#2 CAME TO REST IN THE NORTHBOUND LANE OF HWY #14.
