NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON INTERSTATE 80 IN THE RIGHT LANE. AS VEHICLE #1 CAME OVER TOP OF A HILL, THE DRIVER NOTICED TRAFFIC COMING TO A STOP DUE TO ROAD CONSTRUCTION AHEAD. THE DRIVER LOCKED UP THE BRAKES, AND SWERVED INTO THE LEFT LANE TO AVOID HITTING THE VEHICLE IN FRONT OF HIM. VEHICLE #2 SWERVED INTO THE LEFT LANE AT THE SAME TIME AND SIDESWIPED VEHICLE #1.
