NARRATIVE

Vehicle #1 was traveling westbound on Interstate 680 on the on ramp to Interstate 29 southbound. The driver of vehicle #1 did not make the turn and drove off the roadway to the right. Vehicle #1 then started to enter the ditch and the driver of vehicle #1 turned the steering wheel to the left, over steered, over corrected the vehicle causing vehicle #1 to roll over.
