VEHICLES #1 & 2 WERE EITHER SLOWED OR STOPPED FOR TRAFFIC AT THE STOP SIGN ON SOUTHBOUND HESS RD AT SHAULIS RD. VEHCILE #3 FOR UNKNOWN REASON DIDNT GET STOPPED IN TIME AND REAR ENDED VEICLE #2 AND PUSHED #2 INTO #1.
