NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS NORTHBOUND IN THE RIGHT LANE AT THE 39.50MM. UNIT 1 ATTEMPTED TO PASS A VEHICLE IN FRONT ALSO IN THE RIGHT LANE. UNIT 1 BEGAN TO MERGE INTO THE LEFT LANE THEN SWERVED TO AVOID COLLIDING WITH ANOTHER VEHICLE ALREADY IN THE LEFT LANE. AFTER SWERVING UNIT 1 WENT INTO THE MEDIAN, ROLLED AND CAME TO REST ON ITS TOP.
