NARRATIVE

UNIT #WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON INTERSTATE 80. UNIT #1 EXITED THE INTERSTATE AT EXIT 88. WHILE EXITING THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL FOR POSSIBLE MEDICAL REASONS AND ENTERED THE DITCH. UNIT #1 STRUCK A SMALL TREE CAUSING FRONT END DAMAGE. THE DRIVER RECENTLY HAD BRAIN SURGERY AND WAS CHECKED OUT AND REFUSED ANY MEDICAL TREATMENT AWAY FROM THE SCENE. BOTH DRIVER AND PASSENGER WERE UNINJURED.
