NARRATIVE

UNIT #1 WAS NORTHBOUND IN A CONSTRUCTION ZONE ON INTERSTATE 35 AT ABOUT THE 37 MILE MARKER. THERE WAS A LANE DROP OFF DOWN THE CENTER OF THE NORTHBOUND SIDE WITH TRAFFIC CONES ALONG THE EDGE. UNIT #1 TRAVELED TOO FAR LEFT BETWEEN TWO TRAFFIC CONES AND LOST CONTROL OF HIS MOTORCYCLE AND FELL OVER SKINNING HIS HANDS AND KNEES. HE COULD NOT PRODUCE ANY INSURANCE PROOF.
