NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS EASTBOUND ON F14 (SUTLIFF ROAD) WHEN IT LEFT THE TRAVEL PORTION OF THE ROADWAY ONTO THE RIGHT SIDE GRAVEL SHOULDER. DRIVER #1 LOST CONTROL OF VEHICLE #1 AND LAID IT DOWN ON ITS LEFT SIDE IN THE RIGHT/SOUTH DITCH. NOTE- THE ABOVE DIAGRAM'S DEPICTION OF VEHICLE #1'S MANNER OF FINAL REST IS BASED ON PEOPLE AT THE SCENE WHO MOVED IT BEFORE MY ARRIVAL. ALSO VEHICLE #1 WAS IN THE PROCESS OF TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AND THEREFORE DID NOT YET HAVE A LICENSE PLATE ASSIGNED TO IT.
