NARRATIVE

Vehicle 1 was traveling west on C7X (Garber Road) when it failed to yield to an emergency vehicle. Vehicle 1 lost control at a high rate of speed, crossed the center line, left the roadway to the left and entered the south ditch and rolled, coming to rest in the south ditch.
