NARRATIVE

THE DRIVER OF VEHICLE # 1 WAS EASTBOUND ON 190TH ST WAS ELUDING LAW ENFORCEMENT. THE DRIVER ATTEMPTED TO MAKE A RIGHT HAND TURN ONTO VIRGINIA AVE WHEN HE LOST CONTROL, ENTERED THE SOUTH DITCH AND THEN THE CORN AND SOY BEAN FIELD. THE DRIVER FLED ON FOOT.
