NARRATIVE

PRIOR TO DRIVING HIS VEHICLE, THE DRIVER OF VEHICLE #1 WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT AT A RESIDENCE WHICH RESULTED IN SEVERE INJURIES TO HIS RIGHT HAND AND A CUT ON HIS LEFT EYE. THE DRIVER THEN GOT INTO HIS VEHICLE AND WAS ATTEMPTING TO DRIVE TO HIS HOME IN ALTOONA. ALONG THE WAY AT THE 133MM OF INTERSTATE 80, THE DRIVER SEEMED TO HAVE FAINTED FROM THE SHOCK OF HIS INJURIES THAT HE SUBSTAINED PRIOR TO HIS VEHICLE ACCIDENT, CAUSING VEHICLE #1 TO CRASH INTO THE CONCRETE BARRIER.
