NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS WESTBOUND IN THE CENTER LANE WHEN SHE INDICATED A LANE CHANGE TO THE RIGHT LANE. SHE OBSERVED ANOTHER VEHICLE IN THE RIGHT LANE IN HER BLIND SPOT AND JERKED THE WHEEL TO THE LEFT TO AVOID A COLLISION AND LOST CONTROL OF HER VEHICLE IMPACTING THE MEDIAN JERSEY BARRIER.
