NARRATIVE

ON 09-16-10 AT APPROX 0812 HRS VEHICLE #1 WAS NB ON E14TH STREET WHEN TRAFFIC QUICKLY CAME TO A STOP IN FRONT OF IT. AS VEH #1 SLOWED, VEH #2 WAS UNABLE TO SLOW IN TIME AND STRUCK VEH #1 FROM BEHIND. BOTH VEH #1 AND #2 WERE STOPPED IN THE LEFT LANE OF TRAFFIC. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. BOTH VEHICLES WERE DRIVEN AWAY FROM THE SCENE.
