NARRATIVE

UNIT #1 WAS TURNING ONTO THE HIGHWAY 63 ON RAMP FROM HIGHWAY 137, WHEN IT LOST CONTROL OVERTURNING ONTO ITS SIDE. THE LOAD SPILLED ONTO THE HIGHWAY CAUSING THE RAMP TO BE CLOSED UNTIL THE CLEANUP WAS COMPLETE.
