NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON INTERSTATE 80 AT MILEPOST 263. UNIT DID NOT PROPERLY SECURE IT'S LOAD OF ALUMINUM ON THE TRAILER. UNIT LOST SOME OF IT'S LOAD OF ALUMINUM ONTO THE INTERSTATE. UNIT 2, 3, AND 4 STRUCK THE ALUMINUM THAT WAS SPILLED ONTO THE ROADWAY.
