NARRATIVE

UNIT ONE WAS ATTEMPTING TO TURN NORTH ON HIGHWAY 181/S-45 FROM EASTBOUND PERRY DRIVE. UNIT TWO WAS TRAVELING SOUTH ON HIGHWAY 181/S45, APPROACHING PERRY DRIVE. AS UNIT ONE DROVE ONTO THE ROADWAY OF HIGHWAY 181/S-45, THE DRIVER OBSERVED UNIT TWO APPROACHING FROM THE NORTH. THE DRIVER OF UNIT ONE ATTEMPTED A BACKING MANEUVER OFF THE ROADWAY ON PERRY DRIVE. UNIT TWO OBSERVED UNIT ONE IN SOUTHBOUND LANE. UNIT TWO ATTEMPTED TO AVOID COLLISION BY BRAKING AND STEERING TO THE RIGHT. UNIT TWO STRUCK UNIT ONE BROADSIDE IN INTERSECTION. UNIT TWO CAME TO REST ON ROADWAY. UNIT ONE CAME TO REST IN SOUTHWEST DITCH.
