NARRATIVE

ON 09-12-2020 AT APPROXIMATELY 1225 HOURS, JAMES WALLER WAS RIDING HIS MOTORCYCLE NORTH ON WHY 65 APPROXIMATELY 3 MILES SOUTH OF HUMESTON WHEN HE FELT SOMETHING FLAPPING BY HIS LEG. HE LOOKED DOWN TO SEE WHAT IT WAS AND LEFT THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT. HE WAS ON THE GRAVEL AND THEN DROVE THE BIKE DOWN INTO THE GRASS WHERE HE HIT MUD AND LAYED THE MOTORCYCLE DOWN ON THE LEFT SIDE.
