UNIT 1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON I35 NEAR THE 191.35MM WHEN THE DRIVER LOST CONTROLL DUE TO HIGH WINDS AND ROLLED THE VEHICLE/TRAILER COMBINATION WHICH CAME TO REST IN THE MEDIAN AND LEFT INSIDE LANE OF I35 SOUTHBOUND IN CERRO GORDO COUNTY.
