NARRATIVE

ON THE ABOVE DATE UNIT ONE WAS WESTBOUND ON COUNTY ROUTE G14 AT HIGHWAY 28 WHEN THE DRIVER FAILED TO STOP FOR A POSTED STOP SIGN. AS A RESULT UNIT ONE LEFT THE ROADWAY ENTERING THE WEST DITCH OF HIGHWAY 28. THE DRIVER HAD CONSUMED ALCOHOL BEFORE THE ACCIDENT. IT IS BELIEVED THAT THIS PLAYED A FACTOR IN THE ACCIDENT. THE DRIVER WAS UNINJURED. THE VEHICLE WAS REMOVED FROM THE SCENE BY THE OWNER.
