NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS MERGING INTO THE INTERSTATE 35 NORTHBOUND LANES FROM THE UNIMPROVED REST AREA. AS THE MOTORCYCLE WAS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE ON RAMP IT STRUCK LOOSE GRAVEL AND THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL. DRIVER SUFFERED MINOR SCRAPES AND DID NOT REQUEST MEDICAL ATTENTION.
