NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1(PICK-UP PULLING A UTILITY TRAILER) WAS SOUTHBOUND ON HWY 71 IN THE RIGHT LANE. VEHICLE #2 (PICK-UP PULLING LARGE ROLLERS) WAS WESTBOUND ON HWY 18 ATTEMPTING TO CROSS THE INTERSECTION. VEHICLE #2 FAILED TO YIELD FROM THE STOP SIGN AND PULLED IN FRONT OF VEHICLE #1. VEHICLE #1 STRUCK VEHICLE #2 IN THE RIGHT FRONT QUARTER PANEL AND DOOR. VEHICLE #2 WAS CITED FOR FAILURE TO YIELD FROM STOP SIGN.
