NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1, #2, AND #3 WERE TRAVELING SOUTH BOUND ON HWY 17 (S AVE) 1/4 MILE NORTH OF 217 TH STREET. VEHICLE #1 AND #2 BOTH SLOW AND STOPPED FOR TRAFFIC. VEHICLE #3 FAIL TO STOP AND STRUCK THE REAR OF VEHICLE #2. VEHICLE #2 THAN STRUCK THE REAR OF VEHICLE #1 DUE TO THE IMPACT FROM VEHICLE #3.
