NARRATIVE

Vehicle #1 was traveling southbound in the right outside lane when vehicle #2 was passing in the left inside lane. A semi was merging onto the interstate and failed to yield to vehicle #1. This forced vehicle #1 into the side of vehicle #2. Vehicle #2 was struck on the right side a sustained functional damage. Vehicle #1 had some minor damage on the trailer where it made contact with vehicle #2. The non contact semi failed to stop after the accident. Both drivers of vehicle #1 and vehicle #2 had the same story of what happened so no charges were filed. Both vehicles were able to drive away from the scene and no injuries were sustained.
