NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 (TRACTOR/TRAILER COMBINATION) STRUCK THE BRIDGE AT THE 36.50 MILE MARKER ON I-35 SOUTHBOUND. THE TIRES ON THE RIGHT REAR SIDE OF THE TRAILER BLEW OUT CAUSING THE AXLE TO BEND. AFTER CROSSING THE BRIDGE, UNIT 1 TRAVELED OFF THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT AND CAME TO A REST ON ITS PASSENGER SIDE.
