VEHICLE # 2 STOPPED FOR ONCOMING TRAFFIC THAT WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD TO AVOID HORSES. VEHICLE # 1 WAS UNABLE TO STOP AND STRUCK VEHICLE # 2.
