NARRATIVE

VEHICLE 1 WAS EB WHEN THE DRIVER ATTEMPTED TO TUNE HIS RADIO, AND IN DOING SO SWERVED INTO THE PATH OF VEHICLE #2 (SEMI). THE DRIVER OF UNIT #1 THEN OVERCORRECTED TO THE LEFT SHOULDER, THEN BACK AGAIN TO THE RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE PATH OF UNIT #2. THIS CAUSED UNIT #2 TO LOSE CONTROL AN DRIVE OFF THE ROADWAY, DOWN AN STEEP EMBANKMENT LOSING IT'S ENTIRE LOAD COMING TO REST ON IT'S SIDE.
